  • Shipping on all items is free via UPS to the contiguous 48 states.  A handling charge of $9.99 applies to each order.
  • Any items that cannot be shipped via UPS ground will be shipped freight. (Call for pricing)
  • Freight items must be shipped to a freight terminal or commercially zoned business location (as defined by the freight carrier).
  • If a customer requires additional services such as residential delivery or lift-gate service, it can be done at an additional charge to be borne by the purchaser.  Call 877-613-3041 for pricing.
  • Express freight may also be available at an additional charge.  (Call for details)
  • We make every effort to ship all orders with in 24-72 hours of receipt (except for Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays), however this is not always possible due to merchandise availability and other unforeseen events.

Oversized & Hazardous Items
Oversized items: Receiving your order via common carrier (truck line).
If you have ordered an item that is too large for UPS to deliver, it will arrive by a common carrier (truck line).  When your order arrives, you will be asked to sign a document call the "Bill of Lading".  This is an acknowledgement that states that you have received the delivery of specific item(s) in a complete & undamaged condition.  Always thoroughly inspect all items(s) for damage before you sign and the carrier leaves.  If you see that there has been damage to the packaging, you must inspect the inside contents for damage.  You have the right to refuse the delivery if there is damage.  Once you have signed for the item(s) you assume all responsibility and charges for you order.
Shipping heaters, some filters, some boxes, slides and other over sized or heavy items may cost extra.  Please call use for a shipping quote on oversized items.
We do our best to minimize backorders.  If you order a product that for unexpected reasons is backordered we will contact you to give you 3 options:
  1. Refund
  2. Trade up to another item
  3. Wait until your backordered item arrives
Since your card was charged when the order was submitted, this charge is what holds you in place in the backorder line unless you choose an option above.
